3CX 8SC PRO Annual License
3CX PRO annual software licensing for up to 8 simultaneous calls (SC).
3CX is licensed by system capacity rather than a monthly per-user seat count. The 8SC tier supports up to 8 active calls at the same time. 3CX sizes licensing around internal and external simultaneous calls, so the right tier depends on real call concurrency, extension count, queues, call flows, locations, and growth plans—not simply the number of desk phones.
Who this tier fits
A strong starting point for smaller offices, branch locations, and lighter call-volume deployments. If you are unsure whether 8SC is the right size, SPARK can review your users, extensions, locations, queues, SIP capacity, and expected peak call volume before the license is applied.

Why buy 3CX through SPARK
SPARK Services has worked with business phone systems since 2014 and has been a 3CX Titanium Partner since 2018. Beyond licensing, SPARK can provide hosting, SIP trunks, number porting, phone provisioning, cutover assistance, and ongoing support when those services are part of your solution.
This item is the annual 3CX PRO software license. Hosting, SIP service, phone hardware, installation, porting, and managed support are separate unless specifically included in your SPARK agreement.
